Crystal Crawford is the visionary behind HomeWorks Homes. Crystal founded the company to provide secure, sustainable, and affordable housing for all. She brings years of experience in social impact initiatives, community development, and housing advocacy. Her leadership and dedication have been instrumental in the rapid development of housing solutions that restore dignity and hope to those in need. Crystal is committed to empowering individuals and families through accessible homeownership, fostering stability and growth in communities across the nation.

Damian Broadnax

Co-Founder and Development Managing Partner

Damian Broadnax is the HomeWorks Homes, overseeing all day to day operations, including budgeting, financial planning, funding, and revenue management, while ensuring the organization’s adherence to B Corp standards. For the last four years, Mr. Broadnax is the owner of his own real estate wholesaling and acquisition research organization. He manages relationships with investors and partners and monitors the financial performance of the owner-financed homes program to foster financial stability and growth.

Damian is also the founder of the Authentic Baseball League and the youth mentoring program Play (Positioning Leaders Among Our Youth),. He has dedicated his life to addressing generational poverty, leveraging his financial leadership and community initiatives to create sustainable, long-term economic solutions.

R David Moore

Co - Founder and Chief Advisor Partner

RodneyDavid Moore is the co-founder and Chief Advisor Partner of HomeWorks Homes. He ensures smooth execution of programs and partnerships that oversee home development and occupancy.

Rodney is an author, activist, minister, and social historian. He also co-founded the Level UP Anti-poverty Initiative and The Mary Moore Institute, a social inclusion organization. He focuses on efficient project management and aligning operations with the organization’s mission, working closely with team leads to streamline processes and maximize the impact of housing programs.

Rodney's work spans economic and spiritual justice, LGBTQ+ equality, diversity in public office, challenging the American Race Construct (ARC), and educating about societal changes
